What "delivery" means for us
Wallet top-ups are delivered instantly and automatically: once your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, your Yawr wallet balance updates in real time, with no manual processing or waiting period.
Calls are a live service delivered the moment you connect with a Listener — there is nothing to ship or hand over afterward.
Listener payouts are the one part of our service with a processing delay: withdrawal requests are reviewed and paid out manually via UPI, typically within 24 hours of the request.
Delivery issues
If a wallet top-up doesn't reflect in your balance shortly after a successful payment, or a call fails to connect due to a technical fault, contact support — see our Contact Us page and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
