Grievance Redressal

Published in line with Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, which requires platforms that host user-generated content and complaints to name a Grievance Officer and publish how to reach them.
How to raise a grievance
- Try the in-app "Contact support" option first (Profile → Contact support, or the link on the sign-in screen) — most issues are resolved there.
- For a formal complaint that hasn't been resolved, or one specifically about content, a user, or a moderation decision, write to our Grievance Officer using the details below.

What to include
- Your registered phone number
- What the complaint is about (a specific call, user, piece of content, or decision we made)
- Any relevant dates, screenshots, or reference IDs
Response time
We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days, as required under applicable law. Complaints involving safety or non-consensual content are prioritized.
